Royce Ring is recognized as one of the most successful and innovative restaurant developers in the United States, with over thirty years in the hospitality industry. Royce possesses an understanding of current retail trends, familiarity with the consumer market, proven brand development talent, and the experience of creating over one hundred successful hospitality concepts. He is currently partner at Plan B Group, a concept development firm that he co-founded. Prior to forming Plan B, Royce served as a principal at Knauer Incorporated. In the six years before joining Knauer, Ring maintained a number of Dallas area projects and was also senior vice president of the e-brands division at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Before relocating to Dallas with Carlson, Royce was executive vice president and partner at the Chicago-based Restaurant Development Group. Additionally, Royce was managing director of Greater Union’s Restaurant Group in Sydney, Australia and a founding member of the University of Nevada at Las Vegas’ Restaurant and Hotel School’s Advisory Board. Royce has worked with successful brands throughout the United States, Asia, Australia, Mexico and Moscow, Russia.
